Dear sir, On my boat a had a PC with mscan meteo with a licence code. I had payed for that code. Now a have a new PC, but than I need a new licence code.What is the way to obtain that?

Hi, did you get any answer to your 2020 question ? I find myself in the same condition. I mean I must change PC and for a crash I was not able to uninstall my paid version of Msca Meteo. But I have the original registratiuon code. Can I install on the new PC using the old key ? I think The Author of the software is not anymore available to give support.
I have some serious and disturbing problems with my Mscan Meteo (full version). The only information I'm getting back changes into grey lines/fields. Everything I have tried so far didn't resolve the problem. My laptop is fully equipped (by Sony). Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. Also, configure your security program and Windows Firewall. If the problem persists, use [email protected] email address to get in touch with the developer.
